POLICY & TERMS
Jewellery Mountain sells directly to Customers, no Current Stockists.
Jewellery Mountain accepts payments through Paypal, Visa / Credit Cards
Payment is due at time of purchase.
Items purchased will only be sent when payment is received/cleared.
If Paypal account in not available, credit or debit card can be used or a bank transfer which is a fast / safe way to pay online.
Shipping
Articles will be posted within 48 hours - if it's available on the website - after cleared payment.
International orders may take Three Weeks ( 21 days more or less ) days to arrive to destination.
Special delivery will be used for all UK Orders over £150, everywhere else will be via Royal Mail or International Special Delivery. Costs will be paid in addition by the Buyer.
Once items are posted, Tracking Code and link to Track & Trace will be sent to buyer.
International Customs/Duty are the responsibility of the Buyer
Hallmarking
Most of our designs are Hallmarked by the Assay Office London Office to protect fraud and our customer rights. Apart from articles made to order from Brass or any specific metal.
Refunds
Jewellery Mountain should be contacted within 7 days of purchase in case the customer is not satisfied with the item purchased.
Jewellery Mountain will refund the full cost of the item only after the item has been returned in its original undamaged unused condition within 7 days of purchase.
Jewellery Mountain will not accept broken/damaged items.
Earrings can not be returned for hygeine reasons.
Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer and returned within 14 days of purchase.
While Jewellery Mountain takes all care and uses Special Packaging for all items delivered Nationally and Internationally to our customers, we highly appreciate that all returned items are well packaged.
